Hypothesis: Round 10's hover/steady drill made things worse (-13 Elo, the club's first drop since round 2). Attacker vs Classy Cat fell from 24 to 4 and vs greedy from 1 to 0. Defender vs Cat fell from 53 to 22 and vs Caiman from 81 to 69. The hover penalty did not force commitment against parked defenders. It also hit the drill cap in about 7% of sample games, and it shifted the mirror balance without giving the attacker real tagging practice. The round 10 plan's fallback applies: revert to the round 9 drill exactly (finish, approach, press, steady at a 20 u/s gate, flee, space, danger). That drill produced +40 with no cap hits. Hparams and opponents stay unchanged so the revert is the only change and stays attributable. The attacker-vs-parked-defender problem remains open. A fresh idea goes next round, once the baseline is re-established.

Expected signal: Round-robin: defender vs Classy Cat recovers from 22 toward 40-50 and vs Caiman from 69 toward 78+. Sawfish and Finch defender games hold or rise from 44 and 39. Attacker vs Cat returns from 4 toward 15-25, and attacker vs greedy stays near 0-5. Mid-club results hold (Magpie, Pronghorn and Roadrunner at 75-100). Attacker direction_changes_per_sec stays about 3.5-3.9. Training: no cap hits, and mirror attacker_win_rate is low (0.05-0.25) with episode_len_mean about 440-470. Net Elo +10 to +30. If Elo still falls, the decline is not drill-driven: look at hparams (lower lr or entropy) next round.

Diversity: The club has no charter. It stays the league's open-field evasive runner: low wall and corner time, and the longest time_to_tag (14.7s against a league 9.67). It keeps a direct, committed chaser style that is distinct from Finch's chartered one.
